Welcome to Bethlehem's Faith Formation class page. This is where you will find all the resources you need to connect for the school year.

Registration is open for the 2025-26 school year for children age 3 to 9th grade. You can use the same registration form for all ages (one per family).

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sunday School meets in person at 10:15 am, after 9:00 am worship on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Our Sunday School Rally Day (first day of class) is Sunday, September 7, 2025.

CONFIRMATION: GRADES 6th - 9th

Classes start Wednesday, September 17th. Classes are the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month and will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. You can fill out this form to register your child for Confirmation.

Confirmation ceremony for the 9th Graders is scheduled for Sunday, October 26, 2025 during the 9:00 am worship. Rehearsal for students and parents will be Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 6:30 pm with a dinner to follow.

Worship Reflection Form
At Bethlehem, worship is key! We all need to be fed during worship and we need to pray and praise the God who made us. An active worship life is what is happening in the sermon and liturgy.

Students are to complete a Worship Reflection form when they attend church. There are hard copies in the narthex and there is an option to fill it out online. Here is a link to the Worship Reflections Form (previously "worship notes") for 6th-8th Grade Confirmation Students.

Covid-19 Policies

At this time there are no restrictions, except that if your child is sick we ask that you keep them home. 

HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP

We have a very active high school youth group. In January of 2020 and 2022 a group of our kids went on a mission trip the Dominican Republic.
